We are currently seeking a multi-combination vehicle operator to join our growing team and assist in ensuring delivery of this freight in a safe and reliable manner.
The Role:
We are searching for a Bulk Dangerous Goods Tanker operator who can safely operate a range of vehicles within our fleet, ranging from a standard B-double up to an AB Triple.
As a Bulk Dangerous Goods tanker operator, you will be required to adhere to all regulatory requirements and uphold our company standards in relation to Fatigue Management, Safety and delivering on our promise to our customers for safe and reliable transport.
This role will be a mixture of predominantly local work.
Our company utilises mobile phone applications for vehicle pre-starts and fault reporting as well as electronic work diaries. Reducing the need to complete daily paperwork.
To be considered for this position within our team you would need to display experience in or have the ability and eagerness to learn:
- Operation of vehicles up to multi-Combination
- Fuel tanker experience
- Dangerous Goods License
- Current SLP induction
- Operation of Tankers
- Flexibility to work with scheduling team to complete daily tasks
In additional the candidate would preferably possess or have the willingness to obtain:
- Commercial drivers medical
- Basic fatigue Management training
- Current terminal induction to Ampol and IOR.
Mandatory pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing will be conducted prior to commencement, along with Company Induction into our fleet management systems.
